Every organisation begins with a question. Ours was simple:
Can we create environments that work better for people, businesses, and the future?
A multidisciplinary built-environment and systems platform — where design intelligence and execution strategy are treated as one continuous practice, not two separate disciplines.
Earthana exists to transform the way environments, industries, and organisations perform—by connecting design, sustainability, technology, and practical intelligence to create solutions that are purposeful, measurable, and built to last.
Earthana exists to transform the way environments, industries, and organisations perform—by connecting design, sustainability, technology, and practical intelligence to create solutions that are purposeful, measurable, and built to last.
When these disciplines come together, they create environments that are more efficient, more resilient, and more meaningful. What began as an architectural practice evolved, over years of observing industries, workplaces, communities, and the way people interact with the spaces around them, into something broader. Every project revealed the same truth: lasting improvement comes from understanding a system before changing it. That philosophy became the foundation of Earthana.
An architectural practice built on close observation of industries, workplaces, and communities
The practice evolves into a multidisciplinary ecosystem, co-founded to unite design and execution strategy as a solution for diversified requirements.
Architecture, industrial reengineering, landscape intelligence, sustainability, and brand strategy — working as one ecosystem.
Meaningful transformation happens when design intelligence and executive intelligence evolve together. From its inception, Earthana has been shaped through a complementary partnership between its two founders, each bringing a distinct way of seeing to the table.
Leads brand, business strategy, and organisational development. His focus is on building the structures, culture, and strategic direction that turn a good design idea into a sustainable, scalable enterprise — the execution logic that lets Earthana's design thinking actually reach the people it's meant for.

Co-Founder & Managing Director
Leads Earthana's design and systems-thinking direction. With nearly two decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning architecture, industrial environments, landscape systems, spatial intelligence, and sustainability, she focuses on understanding complex challenges before developing solutions — treating every project as a system worth observing before it's redesigned.

Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Beyond their roles, Suganya and Jayendra each bring a personal philosophy that shapes how Earthana thinks and works.
Jayendra Vicknesh M.'s path to Earthana has moved through branding, business strategy, manufacturing, hospitality, organisational development, and product innovation — fields he has always viewed as parts of one interconnected ecosystem where people, ideas, materials, and purpose come together. Much of his thinking begins with a simple observation, a conversation, or a question that reveals a deeper need. He recognises that a client's requirement is rarely limited to one problem — a single product or project may need to respond simultaneously to function, durability, sustainability, cost, user experience, maintenance, adaptability, and long-term value. His strength lies in identifying these layered requirements and bringing together the most appropriate knowledge, materials, and practical solutions — including exploring proven sustainable materials, understanding their performance, and integrating them thoughtfully into customised product and project solutions. Rather than selecting materials only for appearance or novelty, he evaluates how they can solve specific operational, environmental, and user-related challenges. His approach connects sustainable material innovation with manufacturing practicality, design intent, business viability, and the real conditions in which a solution must perform. At Earthana, Jayendra contributes to shaping solutions that are not merely products, but carefully considered responses to complex client requirements. By connecting strategy, material intelligence, product development, and implementation, he helps transform multiple challenges into one coherent, practical, and future-ready solution.

Co-Founder & Managing Director
Suganya A brings nearly two decades of experience across architecture, interior design, landscape planning, industrial environments, spatial intelligence, sustainability, and design strategy. At Earthana, she focuses on understanding complex challenges, identifying hidden opportunities, and shaping integrated solutions that connect people, space, systems, and the environment. Her approach combines multidisciplinary design thinking, practical observation, and long-term planning to create architecture, workplaces, landscapes, industrial environments, and future-ready systems that are functional, responsible, and meaningful. By connecting design, sustainability, technology, and human experience, she helps transform complex requirements into clear, purposeful, and lasting outcomes.
“Every meaningful environment begins with understanding. Every lasting transformation begins with purpose.”

Co-Founder & Principal Architect
A multidisciplinary built-environment and systems platform — not a list of separate services. Rather than offering isolated services, we focus on understanding the complete ecosystem behind every challenge — the relationships between people, processes, infrastructure, environment, and technology — before designing solutions that are practical, measurable, and relevant over time. Whether shaping spaces for living, learning, manufacturing, community engagement, or future-ready operations, we combine architecture, engineering, sustainability, technology, execution strategy, and systems thinking to deliver environments that are functional, adaptable, and prepared for the future.
Our work has supported multinational and industry-leading clients — spanning corporate workplace design, factory re-engineering, and sustainability-led facility upgrades, including LEED-aligned industrial projects.
